Rush hour, local only: QR scan against the on-device roster. No network required at the gate.
3 · After rush
Back online: upload pending scans. Web dashboards, audit, and attendance reports update from synced data.
Privacy & student data
QuizaacQR handles student attendance records. Schools remain the data controller under the Philippine Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
What we collect
Student roster data (name, LRN, section), QR scan events, and optional audit images captured at the gate for dispute review — not as the primary identity method.
How we protect it
Scans queue on-device during rush and upload when online. Access is role-based (principal, registrar, guard). Retention and deletion follow school policy and our QuizaacQR Privacy Policy.
Parental consent: schools must obtain consent before enrolling students.

Does the gate need internet during rush hour?
No. During rush the app works local-only: QR lookup uses the roster already downloaded to the phone. Upload happens after rush when the device is online again.
How do I join the pilot?
